Welcome to Yellow Tyres’ Terms & Conditions for our 24/7 mobile tyre fitting services. Please read these terms carefully before booking. Contact 020 3633 9533 for clarification.
Payments
We require upfront payments up to £80 depending on the service, due before dispatch. We accept all cards (debit, Visa, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, and cash if you prefer for the remaining balance onsite.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations before dispatch may be refunded at our discretion if no non-returnable tyre size is ordered. Special orders are non-refundable once placed.
Warranty and Repairs
New tyres have no warranty due to wear-and-tear. If faulty (e.g., pressure loss within hours), we’ll assess. Poor fitting by us is replaced free; nails/glass incur costs.
Repair Guarantee
For mobile tyre repairs, if we assure safety and the repair fails within 28 days, we’ll fit a new tyre. You pay the difference; we cover the rest.
Liability
We’re not liable for damages from pre-existing tyre issues or misuse. Our fitters serve London and Essex 24/7—contact 020 3633 9533 for disputes.
