1. Booking

  • Preferred Method: We recommend booking mobile tyre fitting and repair services by phone at 020 3633 9533. Our 24-hour branches in London and Essex can confirm bookings within minutes.
  • Online Booking: Alternatively, use our online pre-booking and pricing form. Responses may take up to 24 hours.

2. Payments

  • Call-Out Fee: A non-refundable call-out fee of £40–£80 (depending on the time of day) is required upfront to confirm your booking. This fee is due before our technician is dispatched.
  • Payment Methods: We accept all major debit and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfers, and cash (for payment of remaining balances on-site).
  • Remaining Balance: Any additional costs for parts or services will be agreed upon before work commencing and settled on-site. For call-outs between 9 pm and 8 am, we reserve the right to request payment of the full remaining balance on-site before beginning work.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Pre-Dispatch Cancellations: You may cancel your booking at no charge if our technician has not yet been dispatched.
  • Non-Refundable Call-Out Fee: The call-out fee is non-refundable in the following cases:
  • A non-stocked tyre was ordered specifically for you.
  • Missing or damaged wheel lock nut key (e.g., over-tightened or snapped).
  • Rounded or snapped wheel bolts.
  • Cracked alloy or buckled steel wheel.
  • Incorrect tyre size provided by the customer.
  • In such cases, no additional charges will apply.
  • No-Show Refunds: If we fail to attend your booking (e.g., due to a technician vehicle breakdown), we offer a 100% refund of the call-out fee, which will be processed immediately.

4. Warranty and Repairs

  • New Tyres: New tyres are not covered by a warranty due to normal wear and tear. However:
  • If a tyre is found to be poorly fitted within 24 hours of service, we will replace it at no cost.
  • If a new tyre is faulty for any reason, we will identify this during the fitting process. We will not allow you to drive with a defective tyre and will immediately arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • Repairs Guarantee: For tyre repairs, if we confirm the repair is safe and it fails within 28 days, we will replace the tyre. You will pay the cost difference for the new tyre.
  • Exclusions: We are not responsible for tyre damage caused by external factors (e.g., punctures from nails, glass, or misuse).

5. Liability

  • Yellow Tyres is not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing tyre or vehicle issues, customer misuse, or external factors beyond our control.
  • We take care to ensure our services are performed to a high standard. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our negligence, please contact us at 020 3633 9533 to resolve the issue.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
