What a flat tyre call out involves
Call out means we come to the car – you do not drive in. Share your location and tyre size in the box above and we get a full postcode plus the size, so the van can set off with the right tyre. Prefer to talk? Call or WhatsApp 020 3633 9533 and we’ll take the same details. A photo of the tyre on WhatsApp helps us say whether it looks like a repair or a replacement.
If you think the tyre can be repaired, we still bring a tyre just in case. After a high-speed blowout the tyre is often completely damaged, so replacement is usually the safer advice. The price is agreed on the phone before we set off. New tyres only, from £130 fitted; a puncture repair or fitting your spare is £80–£100 including the call-out.
Stay safe · repair or replace?
- Get somewhere safe – a side road, car park, drive or lay-by – and switch on your hazard lights.
- On a fast or busy road, get everyone out on the side away from traffic and wait behind a barrier if there is one.
- If you are in immediate danger, call 999 first, then us.
- Don’t keep driving on a flat – it can damage the wheel and make a repair impossible.
Many nail and screw punctures in the centre of the tread can be repaired where it’s safe. Sidewall damage, a blowout, or a tyre that has been driven on flat usually needs a new tyre. WhatsApp a photo if you’re not sure.

Flat tyre call out FAQs
Can you come out for a flat tyre right now?
Yes. Share your location and tyre size above, or call 020 3633 9533. A fitter typically arrives in 15–60 minutes, 24 hours a day.
Will you repair it or fit a new tyre?
We repair the puncture where it’s safe. If it can’t be repaired – a blowout, sidewall damage or a tyre driven on flat – we fit a new tyre from the van. We bring a tyre even if you think it only needs a repair.
Do I need my exact location?
Yes – a full UK postcode, not just the first part. Sharing your location in the box above is the quickest way; it gives us the full postcode so the fitter can find you.
Can I send a photo?
Yes. WhatsApp a photo of the tyre and we’ll tell you whether it looks like a repair or a replacement. That works best together with sharing your location so we already have where you are and the size.
How quickly can a mobile tyre fitter get to me?
Our typical arrival time is 15–60 minutes. The exact time depends on where you are, traffic and how busy we are – we’ll give you an estimate when you call.
I have a flat on a motorway or busy road – what should I do?
Your safety comes first. Pull over somewhere safe, switch on your hazard lights and get yourself and your passengers out of the vehicle on the side away from traffic, behind a barrier if there is one. If you are in danger, call 999. Then call us – our vans carry flashing amber beacons and high-visibility chevron markings, so we can assist at the roadside, including the hard shoulder.
Are you really open 24/7?
Yes. We have 46 mobile tyre fitters, with around 30 on the road at any hour, day and night, 365 days a year – including weekends and bank holidays.
Why we confirm by phone
- We check the exact size from your tyre’s sidewall, so the right tyre comes out first time.
- We lock the price before we set off – no price going up on the day.
- We make sure the right tyre is on the van, so there are no delays when we arrive.
No online checkout – just a quick call or WhatsApp to get it right. Call 020 3633 9533
A-road and motorway call-outs
A-road and motorway call-outs (any A or M route, including dual carriageway A roads): extra £60–£100 on top of the normal price, because of the journey and the work involved on those roads, confirmed on the phone before we set off. Normal roadside jobs on local streets have no extra charge – no hidden fees.
