The A13 and the Canning Town flyover are the fast roads in E16, and the roundabout under the flyover is a big, busy junction with buses and lorries. The Lower Lea Crossing and the Silvertown Tunnel approaches carry heavy traffic towards the Isle of Dogs and Greenwich. We don’t work inside the tunnel – if a tyre goes there, keep going slowly to the exit and stop somewhere safe.
Silvertown Way and North Woolwich Road run past industrial sites and new developments, and debris from building work causes regular nail punctures. The Barking Road (A124) through Plaistow is busy with buses and parked cars.
