Customer-supplied tyres fitted at home
Yellow Tyres fits customers’ own tyres – for example tyres bought online – at your home, workplace or the roadside across North, East, South East, South and Central London and the Essex borders. It costs £100 for the first tyre and £60 for each additional tyre on the same visit, with bead sealer and wheel balancing included.
Online tyre shops often send you to a partner garage with a slot a day or two away. Have the tyres delivered to your home or office instead, and we’ll come to the car and fit them there – no garage trip, no waiting room. You’re calling the fitter, not a booking agent. Our own vans, our own fitters, from 4 East London bases.

Includes removing the old tyre, fitting with bead sealer and balancing on the machine in our van. The price is confirmed on the phone before we set off.
Before we come
- Check the size on your new tyres matches your car – width, profile, rim, load index and speed rating (e.g. 225/45 R17 94W) – on both axles.
- Have the tyres with the car when we arrive.
- Make sure the locking wheel nut key is with the vehicle. Lost it? We can remove most types.
- Tell us where the car is parked and whether we need access to a car park.

Where our tyres come from: we buy only from two established UK tyre distributors, Stapleton’s Tyre Services and Grouptyre – our trusted suppliers for over 10 years. Will you fit tyres I bought online?
Yes. We fit customers’ own tyres at your home, workplace or the roadside: £100 for the first tyre and £60 for each additional tyre on the same visit.
What’s included in the fitting price?
Removing the wheel, taking off the old tyre, fitting your new tyre and refitting the wheel. Bead sealer, wheel balancing, torque-set wheel nuts and disposal of your old tyres included with every tyre fitted – balanced on the machine in our van, with every wheel nut or bolt tightened with a torque wrench to the manufacturer’s setting. Before we leave, we check the pressures on all your tyres – included (except on a hard shoulder or in busy live traffic, where we leave quickly for safety). Old tyres are taken away for environmentally responsible disposal at no extra cost.
What should I check before booking?
Check that the size printed on your new tyres matches the size on your car’s tyres – including the load index and speed rating – and check both axles, as some cars have different sizes front and rear. Have the tyres with the car, and make sure the locking wheel nut key is there too.
Should I buy the tyres from you instead?
It’s worth comparing. Our new tyres start from £130 fitted, with extra tyres from £70 each – and buying from us means the right tyre is on the van, from Stapleton’s Tyre Services and Grouptyre, and we can come out the same day. Ask us for both prices and choose.
Can you fit tyres delivered to my home or work?
Yes – have them delivered to wherever the car will be, then book us. We come to that address and fit them there.
Do you fit customer-supplied tyres at night?
Yes, we’re on call 24/7. Most people book own-tyre fitting for a time that suits them – evenings and weekends included.
